These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Armed-One mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Armed-One (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Service for unlawful purposes

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

The Service allows you to upload content such as images and project data.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your content.

License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

Store
Process
Display
your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that:

Is illegal
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains harmful or abusive material

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Armed-One offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features within the Service.

Available Subscription Plans

Armed-One Pro Monthly — billed monthly at $6 USD per month
Armed-One Pro Yearly — billed annually at $60 USD per year

Subscription pricing may vary by region and applicable taxes.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Managing Subscriptions

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings on their device.

Payment Processing

Payments and subscription management for iOS users are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system using StoreKit.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Any free trial or promotional period, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

Terms and Privacy

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
Your use poses a risk to the Service or other users

Upon deletion:

Your data will be scheduled for removal
A 30-day recovery period may apply
After that, data is permanently deleted

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Interfere with the operation of the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user content) are owned by Armed-One.

You may not use our branding, logos, or content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
The results will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
